Council of Europe resolution 339: Making cities resilient

This Resolution urges the Council of Europe, mayors and local authorities to address urban resilience by embracing the “Ten Essentials” of the Making Cities Resilient campaign. The Resolution was adopted by the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities, Council of Europe, in the 22nd session, Strasbourg, on 20-22 March 2012.
