Rio de Janeiro local conference on civil defence and protection

Public and multi-stakeholders event which is part of a broader process to debate a "new paradigm" for civil defence and DRR in Brazil, from the local to the national level. The event was also part of UNISDR's 'Making cities resilient: My city is getting ready!' world disaster reduction campaign.
