UNISDR in support of Yann Arthus-Bertrand's "6 Billion Others - Climate Voices"

Climate change is affecting the lives of millions of people around the world. Following the sucess of his first exhibition, "Six Billion Others", internationally renowned aerial photographer Yann Arthus-Bertrand and his team travelled the world to interview more than 600 people in order to record and share their testimonies about how they are coping with the effects of climate change.

"6 billion Others - Climate Voices", which will be launched in Copenhagen during the climate change negotiations, presents the collective voice of people whose lives have already been devastated by climate change impacts and those who are forced to live with these impacts.
The film serves as an insightful and persuasive wake-up call from the global scientific community.

The France's Ministry of Ecology and Sustainable Development, the ADEME French Environment and Energy Management Agency as well as UNISDR and four other UN organisations, UNEP, WMO, UN-Habitat, IPCC are supporting this film exhibition, financed in part by BNP Paribas.
