ISDR, in partnership with UNDP, OCHA, SADC, UNAIDS, WFP, UNICEF and USAID, is in preparation for the Southern Africa regional flooding and cyclone training workshop scheduled for 13-15 October. Agenda and invitation letters jointly signed by Scholastica Kimaryo, Deputy Chair of the UN RDT together with Kelly David, Chair of RIACSO have been sent out to the 15 SADC Member States, RCs /HCs, UN Agencies, NGOs and CBOs.
Up to 150 participants are expected.
