8th meeting of the MENA DRR Network

This meeting of the Arab States inter-agency network will primarily reflect on proceedings and outcomes of the Third World Conference on DRR, which adopted the "Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction 2015-2030". Participants will discuss implications of the new DRR framework for the region and share perspectives on next steps to promote and implement it, as well as other related action to reduce and avoid disaster risks.
