Risk Award
In partnership with the Munich Re Foundation, the RISK Award helps improve risk reduction and disaster management by providing financial support to DRR projects.
Sasakawa Award
The United Nations Sasakawa Award for Disaster Reduction is awarded to an individual or institutions that have taken active efforts in reducing disaster risk in their communities and DRR advocates.
The Words into Action series provides practical guidance to support the implementation of the Sendai Framework, ensure engagement and ownership of action by all stakeholders, and strengthen accountability in disaster risk reduction.
UNDRR provides training for member states to build capacity and promote best practice in implementing the Sendai Framework in their local context.
