The Gender Equality and Women's Empowerment Voluntary Stakeholder Group for Disaster Risk Reduction in the Arab States, the UN Women Regional Office of the Arab States and the Arab Water Council, co-chairs of the Gender Equality and Women's Empowerment Voluntary Stakeholder Group on Gender, DRR, Climate Change, and Migration in the Arab States are organizing a webinar named "Gender, Climate Change, and Migration: Promising Policy and Programmatic Practice in addressing Linkages from a Gender Equality and a Women's Leadership Perspective."
The webinar will be held on March 23, 2021, from 9:45, am to 12:30 PM (Cairo time). It will bring together a range of stakeholders across the region working on gender, climate change, DRR, and migration including representatives from regional/national networks, government, CSOs, NGOs, CBOs, academic institutions, think tanks, media, private sector, etc.
In order to participate, interested stakeholders should register online by March 22, 2021, 18:00 Cairo time.
